This encrouaging promise is given to Christians. We have the comfort of knowing that our Lord is concerned about every need we have.
We can pray in confidence as we remember that the Bible says:
"The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much" - James 5:16
If you are not a Christian, the Lord is still very much concerned for you. It's important to understand that the greatest need you have is to open your heart to Jesus. You can begin a life of knowing the One who is most concerned about you, and is most able to help you in your time of need.
