Just a note....

The Church of Jesus Christ is something that has been formed by God's design, with God's plan of salvation, and with God's equipping.

So often, we as the Church, walk timidly, and with much hesitation when it comes to moving against the enemy of our souls.  We fail to fully grasp the great victory over Satan that has already been given to us by our Lord.  The Church has been given access to the most powerful arsenal of spiritual weapons available, and we have the Holy Spirit to teach us how to use them!

As Christians, we simply need to believe the Lord at His word, and yield to Him.  We want to guard against what so many have done, and that is to try and 'live out our Christian walk' as a nice and quiet person, appeasing everyone.  Contrarily, we want to storm the gates of Hell, and disrupt the forces of darkness with the Lord's Light, in the power of His Spirit!

Why not come on out Sunday and see what the Lord is speaking to us?

We're making plans and preparation for our upcoming Resurrection Day services.  Resurrection Day is the Christian name for the pagan "Easter", as we celebrate the Lord Jesus rising from the dead and giving the promise of eternal life to all who believe in Him!

We'll be having a Palm Sunday Drama, a Resurrection Day Music Drama, and a special Midweek Communion Meal to follow the scriptures in the way the Lord and the disciples took part in the Lord's Supper.

If you or anyone you know of is struggling to find the answers the Lord has, or is in an all out fight against spiritual wickedness, I want to encourage you to come and/or bring them to New Hope.  We are not following religious dogma, as that does nothing but empower the flesh.  We are following the saving, delivering, and healing power of the Lord Jesus Christ which brings freedom!
